The Sapphire plan is finished. This 5 bedroom 2500 sq ft plan was completed this summer and it was such a pleasure working with the homeowners. They were fantastic. This open concept plan was modified to create a formal dining room and enlarged to almost 2700 sq ft. The exterior was changed to a craftsman style and it came out great. They picked a grey/cream/black color scheme. The interior was customized with built-ins on either side of the fireplace, a fireplace added to the master bedroom, and the master bedroom/master bath floor plan changed around to take in the beautiful views.
